How do I get the Help I Need?

We make it easy for users large and small.  Simply choose the option that best suits you and your budget.

Once you are up-and-running there are three levels of support to choose from.  Select the option that best suits you.

1.  Our new Easy-Learn interface, with help tabs on every screen, guides you through the basic steps to get started and complete your first production job and gives you all the information you need to become an expert user.  This is ideal if you like to work on your own, at your own pace, and enjoy learning-by-doing.

2.  Our onLine HelpDesk and Telephone Support.

3.  On-Site training is available as a stand-alone service to existing users, and is one of the differences between Merlin MRP Factory 8 Enterprise and Merlin Merlin MRP Factory Corporate.  We attend your site for two days, install the software across your network (for new customers), and give full training to your Merlin users.
